Morgan McNabb is a dedicated, compassionate Dallas DWI attorney serving clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. With over five years of experience, she has built a reputation for fiercely protecting the rights of individuals facing criminal charges and guiding clients through some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
A proud Red Raider, Morgan earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Forensic Science from Texas Tech University in 2017, graduating as Magna Cum Laude. She was also in several honors programs and societies, such as Order of Omega Honor Society, Rho Lambda Honor Society, Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society, and Who’s Who Among Students. She went on to receive her law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2020.
While in law school, Morgan served as Vice President of Student Organizations for the Student Bar Association, received the Distinction Award for Trial Advocacy and Clinic Support Course, and was the recipient for the Judge Ken G. Spencer Award in 2020.
During her last year in law school, Morgan was a student attorney in the Caprock Regional Public Defender’s Office Clinic, serving the community in surrounding counties near Lubbock by representing indigent defendants facing misdemeanor and felony offenses, and had a high success rate in dismissals. While serving as a student attorney in a clinic, she also clerked for a criminal defense firm in Lubbock. Her experiences reaffirmed her dreams and desires of continuing to practice criminal defense upon completion of law school and passing the bar exam.
