In March, Rosenthal Kalabus & Therrian moved into the newly constructed office space at District 121. This development is located along the 121 Corridor in the prestigious Craig Ranch and will be the city’s first of its kind Class A multi-tenant office building. The newly constructed eight story, 200,000 square foot office building offers desirable walkability to nearby retail, restaurant, multifamily and park space.
The new design of the office will better position the firm for growth. With seven criminal defense lawyers currently on the roster, the firm projects the office to continue to grow in 2023. “We feel this is the perfect space for us to grow our footprint in Collin County. This move will allow us to hit our next gear and this space is the best catalyst for that,” Mr. Rosenthal said. “The team is energized, and we’re excited for what’s to come.”
