As a former prosecutor, I evaluated criminal cases from the prosecution's side. I looked for legal and factual problems to overcome and obtain a conviction. Now, I identify those problems and use them to benefit my clients.
Kristi is a former Collin County prosecutor who served as a misdemeanor court chief, Chief of Domestic Violence, and Chief of the Felony Crimes Against Children Division, where she handled cases involving injury and sexual assault of children.
During her years as a prosecutor, Kristi also handled cases in the Specialized Crime Division, where she focused on financial crimes, public integrity matters, and other complex or unique cases.
Since leaving the District Attorney’s Office, Kristi has provided counsel to young clients and their families charged with criminal offenses in the juvenile justice system.
Outside the firm, Kristi enjoys being with her family and exploring the great outdoors.
Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value-
Our family was very fortunate to have Kristi Tyler represent our daughter during difficult times. At our first meeting, Kristi was super patient listening to every detail of the situation. She was never judgmental and worked very hard to allay our fears and give us hope. Kristi is professional, thorough, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. Kristi’s communication skills are excellent. She did an excellent job of keeping us informed and answering our calls, texts, and emails anytime we had questions. We believe Kristi Tyler is the best and our family has the utmost respect for her.
